No. Our process starts with a plain conversation about your day-to-day routines. You do not need to know anything about AI beforehand. We will explain what is relevant as we go, at whatever pace suits you.
How long does the Fresh Start Integration take?
It spans roughly two to three weeks, depending on the complexity of your workflows and how quickly your team can dedicate a few hours to the walkthrough. We work around your schedule, not ours.
What kinds of tasks can AI tools actually handle for a small business?

How is the Daily Clarity Retainer reviewed?
Every quarter we sit down with you — in person or remotely — to go through what the tools have been doing, what has changed in your business, and what we should adjust. We send you a written summary afterwards in plain language.
Is my business data kept private?
Yes. We work within the terms of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and any tools we configure are set up to handle your data carefully. We do not store client data beyond what is needed for the engagement, and we explain the data handling of any tool we recommend before you use it.
